About Us
Culture Shock Film Society aims to promote the opportunity for NMU students and Marquette community members to see classic, cult, art-house, international, and independent cinema. We facilitate weekly screenings free of charge to share a passion for historically, culturally, and artistically significant films, as well as obscure underground hits and films previously unavailable to Marquette audiences. This organization aims to present such films to promote a diverse range of filmmaking outside of the contemporary Hollywood mainstream. We're open to collaborations!
