About Us

The purpose of Shear Joy is to promote the Cosmetology Department as a whole, with special emphasis on the student salon. We hope to prepare students with the knowledge of our trade and industry so they become valuable, well rounded, confident cosmetologists. We are focused on serving the community through service projects. We look for excellence, leadership, and energy in potential members. Membership is limited to students of the Cosmetology department.
