We hold various activities each month centered around a theme that respectfully and effectively addresses different mental health related topics. Our goal is to make students more comfortable and more aware of these problems while offering additional resources to break the stigma! We work very closely with the Mind Your Health Campaign and the Mental Health Task force on campus.

Hello, my name is Olivia and I have epilepsy. I wanted to create a group where people with epilepsy could get together to talk about the everyday worries that come along with this disorder. My goal is to give people who have epilepsy a chance to receive support and validation from other people like them. To provide a safe space to talk about the worries that come along with epilepsy on a daily basis and to not feel alone. This is a group that is open to not only people with epilepsy, but others who want to learn more about how to support a friend or family member who has it. As someone with epilepsy I know it is hard for other people to understand everyday struggles, this is why I wanted to create a group where other people like me could get the validation to make them feel better.
