About Us
The newly-renovated Lydia M. Olson Library would be the perfect space for a new, collaborative mural. Hosting a project like this during the semester it re-opens this would make students feel more connected with the new space. The goal is to welcome students to submit designs, vote on the submitted options, and participate in painting the mural. Leslie Warren and Emera Bridger Wilson have approved of this project, and Emera will continue to supervise and advise the student-led committee over the course of the semester. The Library Mural Committee would be in charge of decisions on how this event should be run, marketing the event via social media posts and tabling, and overseeing the painting events. This club will be a great opportunity for students to be involved as leaders in how the library will be shaped going forward.
