Adulthood 101 is a workshop series focused on improving wellbeing through honing practical life skills. This series creates a supportive space to explore topic areas that some may feel hesitant to ask about, such as food safety, car care, grief and healing, and managing other responsibilities. By normalizing learning and growth as an adult, Adulthood 101 aims to reduce stress, build confidence, and empower participants to feel more capable and supported in their day to day lives.
Speakers
Liz and Olivia, Peer Educators
Liz and Olivia are WellBeing Peer Educators who bring a useful mix of training and hands on experience to this workshop. Liz’s BS in Psychology gives her a strong understanding of how habits form and what people need to feel motivated and less stressed. Olivia’s Associate in Science and passion for social work brings a practical, people centered perspective on routines, boundaries, and communication.
Both have worked as professional cleaners and have tons of practical tips for cleaning procedures, checklists, and other time-saving tricks that actually work in real life. Put those together and you get peer instructors who understand both the why and the how, making them well-suited to teach simple, budget-friendly routines and realistic strategies that help students keep their spaces cleaner with less stress.
