You make many decisions every day: what to wear, where to go/what to avoid, what to say/not say, who to be with, etc. How you decide what to do can impact your emotional wellbeing. Join us for a brief overview of the 5 options to solving any problem as well as strategies to make intentional, wise-mind decisions that increase the likelihood to feel content with your decision in the long term.

Adulthood 101 is a workshop series focused on improving wellbeing through honing practical life skills. This series creates a supportive space to explore topic areas that some may feel hesitant to ask about, such as food safety, car care, grief and healing, and managing other responsibilities. By normalizing learning and growth as an adult, Adulthood 101 aims to reduce stress, build confidence, and empower participants to feel more capable and supported in their day to day lives.
