In this workshop, expect to learn how to apply free tools available to help you create seven days of food and beverages that fits your own designated budget, is based on your own food preferences, and will meet an adult's general nutritional needs. This is a participatory workshop so please bring your laptop and a writing utensil.

Adulthood 101 is a workshop series focused on improving wellbeing through honing practical life skills. This series creates a supportive space to explore topic areas that some may feel hesitant to ask about, such as food safety, car care, grief and healing, and managing other responsibilities. By normalizing learning and growth as an adult, Adulthood 101 aims to reduce stress, build confidence, and empower participants to feel more capable and supported in their day to day lives.
