Join us and Nikki Nanos for a short discussion and Q&A on mindfulness and meditation. She will cover how meditation reduces stress and anxiety, improves attention span, and boosts self-awareness for better physical, mental, and spiritual health. The session will conclude with a 20-minute guided meditation.

Nikki Nanos is a Certified Mindfulness/Meditation Teacher, Trainer and Professional Mindfulness/Integrative Coach. Her trainings and certifications come from The School of Positive Transformation; Mindfulness Certification Training (MCT); The Mindful Coach Method & Mindful Attentionist Coaching Program. Nikki graduated from NMU in 1978 and received NMU’s Outstanding Young Alumni Award in 1987. She furthered her studies at California Institute of the Arts receiving her M.F.A. in 1981.
