Great leaders communicate with respect and clarity. This workshop introduces Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and strategies for setting expectations that build trust and collaboration. Through interactive activities, you’ll learn to express needs, listen with empathy, and create agreements that strengthen teamwork—skills essential for leadership on campus and beyond.
