Salsa Verde Workshop

Join the Hoop House for a guided workshop on making and preserving your own salsa verde! In this hands-on workshop, presented by guest demonstrator, Dr. Martinetti of the EEGs department, we'll be exploring the basics of making and water bath canning salsa verde, with attendees being able to cook, can, and take home their own jar of salsa!
