Hello All,
My name is Willow Brookhouse, and I am a senior here at NMU. I have recently reactivated the NMU FireCats Club, and am sending out an availibilty form so I can see when we would be able to meet.
To talk a bit about me for those who don't know me, I am originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and have been interested in Wildland Fire for about three years but haven't known enough to do anything about it. I have recently joined the Michigan DNR as an On-Call Wildland Firefighter, though I want to try for seasonal next summer, and I am active in the Conservation Data Lab, where I use GIS and other software to study Fire Return Intervals and other cool stuff. I am really excited to restart this club, and can't wait to meet with you all.
